How To Use
* Store in refrigerator immediately upon receipt of product and consume within 2-3 week time frame, or freeze upon receipt to extend the life for 6months. Due to our product only containing natural ingredients, we recommend not going past these time frames.
* Eat 2 tablespoons straight from the jar daily.
* Blend 2-3 tablespoons into smoothies or shakes of your choice to give them a creamier texture and added nutrients.
* Whisk 1-2 tablespoons into your favourite hot or cold beverage to give them a healthy boost of goodness.
* You can even incorporate 2-3 tablespoons of Sea Moss Gel into soups, stews, curries, porrige, puddings, ice creams and other dishes for an extra boost.
* Sea Moss Gel can also be used as a vegan gelatine replacement in baking.
* Because Sea Moss gel has virtually zero taste, it can be incorporated in to numerous dishes or drinks and you wouldn't even notice it in there, this can be great for people that might dislike the consistency of the gel to eat directly from the jar.
* You can apply Sea Moss Gel directly to the body and face as a natural skin mask, leave on for 20 mins then rinse with cold water, this will leave your skin feeling rejuvenated due to its properties. If applying to an area for soothing benefits for skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis, rinse with lukewarm water instead, you can repeat this process up to 2-3 times daily.
